Welcome to Tattoo Stencil Maker ("the App"), provided by Noble App Solution. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the application.

1. General Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Tattoo Stencil Maker. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect software updates, business needs, or statutory changes. Your continued use of the App following any update constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. App Functionalities & AI Stencil Generation

Tattoo Stencil Maker offers AI-powered tattoo stencil creation, custom text/font styling, and on-device skin preview tools. Users can input text descriptions to generate custom stencil concepts or test design placement on their own photos. We reserve the right to refine, modify, or update features within the App at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility & User Conduct

To download and use the App, you must be at least 17 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). When using the App, you commit to the following code of conduct:

• You will not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• You will not insert, run, or execute malicious code intended to damage, manipulate, or scrape the App's source code or assets.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App software.
• You will not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

4. Data Protection & On-Device Processing

Your personal privacy is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy. All skin preview photo processing is performed locally on your personal device.

5. Subscription to Premium Services & Payments

While certain features of the App are available free of charge, access to premium AI stencil features, advanced fonts, and expanded generation credits may require a paid subscription or credit purchase:

• Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are offered on weekly, monthly, or annual plans and are charged to the payment account linked to your store account (Google Play Store / Apple App Store).
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Credit System: Active subscriptions grant generation credits. Additional credits may also be purchased separately as needed.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payment transactions, billing management, auto-renewals, and refund requests are handled directly through your store account (Google Play / Apple App Store) in accordance with their standard store policies. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription; you must manage or cancel subscriptions within your store account settings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All elements within Tattoo Stencil Maker—including text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface design, branding, and software code—are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
